Kasper Architecture is a full service architectural

We bring our years of experience to bear on each project. This approach allows us to create a design solution that produces an efficient building plan contributing to the success of our clients. We are the right size to give personal attention to each client, while the technology we use gives us results that are second to none.

We employ five registered Architects and a support staff of designers and draftsmen, which affords us maximum efficiency and a team that sees the project through to the end. Maintaining the highest quality of professionalism has allowed Kasper Architecture and Development to create successful projects and exceed client expectations. A solid understanding of real estate development, building engineering and construction make us a great value.

Local Impact. Global Reach.

From its beginnings, Kasper Architecture has nurtured a vision to reach beyond the horizons of Northeast Florida. In 2008, Erik and his family spent six months in Zambia running a construction company with the goal of equipping the local workforce and strengthening the economy. Upon returning to the U.S. to resume practice, they remained committed to the the vision of reaching those around the world in need of resources, whether professional, financial, or spiritual.

Currently Kasper Architecture strives to hold in balance two elements of practice that are central to our ethos:

professional excellence and compassionate service

Over the years, the firm has encouraged and sponsored a variety of socially-conscious projects. This includes short-term visits to developing countries participating in youth camps, drilling wells for clean water, and architecture/engineering projects.
