Momentum in Motion: Inside the Jaguars’ New Corporate Headquarters
There is a specific kind of energy that comes with a "first." As the first completed component of the Jacksonville Shipyards, One Tower Court isn’t just a building; it’s a signal of progress for our downtown.
Designed by kasper architects, the new business operations office for the Jacksonville Jaguars is a 75,000-square-foot testament to where the franchise—and our city—is headed.
Designing a Brand Experience
Our goal was to create a corporate headquarters that felt like a physical manifestation of the Jaguars’ identity. To achieve this, we moved beyond simple logos on walls. We focused on layered materials and bold design moments that create a space that feels both powerful and welcoming.
By mixing sleek, modern finishes with "graphic expressions" of the brand, the environment serves as a constant reminder of the team’s mission while remaining a highly functional, Class-A professional workspace.
A Workplace Built for Connection
The modern sports franchise moves fast, and the architecture needs to keep up. We designed a dynamic, highly connected environment where the layout does the heavy lifting for the team:
The Social Staircase: Anchoring the shared spaces, this staircase is the heartbeat of the office. It invites spontaneous collaboration and serves as a flexible gathering space for the whole organization.
Vibrant Shared Spaces: We balanced focused work zones with open, airy areas that utilize natural light and expansive river views to keep the team energized.
Flexible Growth: Thoughtfully planned to support long-term growth, the floors are designed to be as agile as the people working within them.
Setting the Tone for the Shipyards
As the first piece of the Shipyards puzzle to click into place, One Tower Court sets a high bar for the "momentum" of Downtown Jacksonville. It represents a shared investment in the city’s future—a place where business operations, community wellness (via the ground-floor YMCA), and urban revitalization meet.
We are honored to have partnered with the Jaguars to design a headquarters that isn't just a place to work, but a place that fuels the future of the franchise.
